Adobe Releases Photoshop Lightroom 3 Beta

Lightroom 3.0 is offering the ability to publish to Flickr and manage published images, as an example of how it will work with other online services. Using the Lightroom Publishing Manager, you can keep track of what images have been uploaded and at the same time it will also tell you which ones have been modified since they were uploaded, so you can republish them.

Adobe Photoshop Elements 8 for Mac

Lots of clever new tricks gained from the CS4 version of Photoshop, runs well on older Macs and works with Snow Leopard. Bridge is included on Photoshop Elements 8. Elements 8 has also acquired some of the tricks that Photoshop did in CS4, including intelligent resizing, which means you can stretch an image without distorting it.

New patch for Elements 8

The patch unlocks a number of advanced functions and makes them available in dedicated dialog boxes.
The kit adds eight dialog boxes which helps make the hidden areas a much easier way to access, including color and tone, selections, layers, masks, smart filters, paths, test and scripts.

Known as Elements+ 1.0 its availalbe for download.
The scripts dialog box provides many features of the actions palate from the full Photoshop application.
